They’re made to resist tarnish: 316L steel is highly corrosion-resistant, and the 14k gold finish is fused on with PVD rather than plated. If a piece ever does tarnish, our Lifetime Color Warranty replaces it free.
Will they turn my ears green?
Green ears come from copper and brass bases reacting with your skin. Ours are lead-free, nickel-free 316L steel with no brass base, so there’s nothing underneath to turn your skin green.
How does the Lifetime Color Warranty work?

Are these waterproof earrings? Can I shower in them?
Yes. Shower, swim, surf and sweat in them; lotion and perfume are fine too. After salt water or chlorine, a quick rinse in fresh water keeps them at their brightest.
