The necklace itself was great, but I bought it as a gift for Christmas. When she opened the box the necklace was completely tangled inside the box. I was a disappointed that she had to spend 15min trying to undo all the knots in the chain.
It was for my girlfriend she only wore a couple times so far she likes it but she takes her jewelry off so it has less chance of tarnishing

The necklace is beautiful. My friend absolutely loved it. I even want one. However the arrival time in my opinion was extremely long. It actually arrived days after her bday. Almost a week to two weeks later. The shipment time is the only reason I wouldn’t order again. But the necklace is pretty.

The pendants are fantastic. Perfect gift for our girl's trip. Shipping was very slow compared to similar companies and the packaging is lack luster. Both could definitely be improved but the product is great.
