Just received these items and I’m completely unable to wear them because it has such a knot in the chain that I’m not able to get it out. Very disappointing that I waited also almost three weeks for it, and I can’t even wear it now. Other items were OK, but this one not so good.

The jewelery is fine, over time I'll see if it holds up to its standards. I did have issues with delivery. Not getting a valid delivery date is frustrating and out for delivery was more than 24hrs. I will try once more since I get a 20% discount, hopefully everything will be better with delivery next time. The jewelery is small and dainty which is a cute touch.
