The jewelry is lovely. I’m very pleased with my order. The delivery, however, was an entirely nerve-wracking experience. They did not deliver when promised, and their communication was terrible! For this reason I won’t order from Louise Carter again. Sad, because the quality of the jewelry is very nice.

The jewelry is more yellow compared to the advertisement. The thinner jewelry breaks easily. The charms on the thinner jewelry fall off. The k18 part falls off every piece of jewelry. But I love my jewelry still. I wear it everyday. I go to the beach alot. Im a surfer and the jewelry doesn't tarnish. It does well in chlorine aswell. Cant wait to order more. Wished it didnt have problems though.
