I adore the tiered design with smaller to a larger pearl in the center. This necklace looks good alone or layered. One of my favorites!
This was a piece that I bought in my7 for $85 bundle. I loved it from the time I saw it online to now. I did have some issues with a pearl coming off the original and when I contacted your customer service team they went above and beyond. The replacement I received was broken and yall made it right with sending yet another replacement that is just perfect! From the products that you put out to your customer service team, i thank you! I made a purchase from Louise Carter, and when my order was taking longer than expected, I reached out to customer service. They were absolutely wonderful responded right away and reassured me that my package would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, the day it showed as “delivered,” there was no package. I was so disappointed. After emailing them again and doing some digging of my own, I discovered that the delivery driver had stolen it. I let the company know, fully understanding that it wasn’t their fault. To my surprise, Louise Carter went above and beyond and resent my entire order at no charge. The replacement package arrived a few days ago, and to say the jewelry is stunning is an understatement. I will absolutely be ordering from them again. Their customer service is exceptional, and the jewelry is beautiful and very reasonably priced.
