To begin with- I love the pieces that I purchased! There are a couple brands that sell waterproof jewelry & I’m SO happy I chose this one! When I opened up the box I was honestly shocked of the amazing quality! I put the bracelets and necklaces on that day and have not taken them off since! I had a small issue so I reached out and the Customer Service team was simply FANTASTIC. They resolved the issue in 5 minutes . I am already looking on the website to get more necklaces - There’s so many choices! The only negative I have found in this bracelet is that clothing tends to snag on it easily, so you have to pay attention to sleeves. Other than that, so far so good :)
