Service was fast and my jewelery came fast and I have had them on for 3 weeks now I never take them off no tarnish or fades
I have already. Ordered 15 pieces of jewelry and so far, everything has been okay. I have one that I need to return and that's it. It changed colors but so far, so good.

Haven’t received this either. This is unacceptable. As much as I like your products this is terrible customer service. This has been going on since the end of June and now you say you have closed the case since you haven’t heard anything….you have heard a lot. Still no package and it seems you have sent my package to someone in another state. Please correct this mess up ASAP!

The color of all the products I bought are yellow. Not like gold yellow but so yellow you can tell it’s fake.

Yes — shower, ocean, pool, gym. Our pieces are 316L surgical-grade stainless steel fused with 18k gold, so water, sweat, lotion and perfume can't touch them.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Unlike plated jewelry, fused gold doesn't flake, fade or oxidize — and it's nickel-free and lead-free, so it's safe for the most sensitive skin. If it ever tarnishes, our Lifetime Color Warranty replaces it free.
